BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for cutting retail cuts, skinning carcasses and helping on the kill floor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of food safety
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with co-workers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Butchering experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Cut meat in a clean accurate fashion.
2. Comprehend and follow cutting instructions.
3. Working at the Slaughter Facility
4. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
5. Comply with Compliance Program policies and other applicable policies (i.e. work Compensation)
6. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
7. All other duties assigned by management.

Job Type – Full Time, Part Time

Pay is DOE – $12-$15/hour
