Job Information:

The Customer Care Specialist position is a full time position. The applicant will respond to telephone inquiries and complaints, as well as provider inquiries in a call center environment.

The applicant will assess the needs of the provider and inform them about services available.

The applicant will track workloads and response time while also assisting in the planning and implementing of the company’s goals to improve efficiency.

The position could result in permanent positions for the right candidates

Other duties include:

  • Processing returned mail and receiving incoming mail
  • Checking voicemails and faxes
  • Verifying images of enrollment broker or provider relations unit documents.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to operate a multi line phone and type 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
