??? As office manager, this person is responsible for managing office staff and maintaining compliance with policy and procedures established within the Clinic. This position requires analytical thinking skills and the ability to identify, improve, and streamline work processes. In addition, the office manager must maintain an office environment where staff can work together as a team and provide complete customer satisfaction.

Duties:
-Acts as a liaison between Doctors, patients, and staff as requested.
-Acts as a liaison between Owner and staff for routine matters such as time off, schedule changes, special projects, ect.
-Handles problems prior to consulting with the owner.
-Meet with the owner to summarize past years, set goals for current and future, and plan budgets.
-Facilitate communication between staff, Doctors, clients, and Owner.
-Maintain all personnel files, hire , and dismiss staff (with approval).
-Record daily production statistics and run reports.
-Handle all in house financing and collections.
-Ensure that all daily tasks are being completed in a timely manner and initiates policy to distribute to staff.
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3+ years in a managerial position

$15.00-$16.50/hour DOE
